If together we agree it is in the best interests of a sale to divulge sensitive business details such as an Accounts Analysis of farm income and farm working expenses, we will obtain a written Confidentiality Agreement from any buyer prior to releasing such information.

We commit to regular and transparent communication with every one of our clients. You will be informed of progress and buyer feedback during the entire campaign. Your involvement is important to us – we welcome your input and suggestions from the selection of photographs used for your marketing, approval of scripts to promote your property, marketing material, and property signage.

Following farm inspections, Open Homes, and individual inspections, you will be given valuable buyer feedback. Face-to-face meetings are also conducted regularly throughout the marketing campaign to ensure you are up-to-date at all times on the progress of your sale program.
