Richard has extensive experience in rural New Zealand and several overseas rural markets. Originally from the South Island, he lived and travelled overseas working for an Agri-Tech company and eventually settled in the Manawatu. Richard entered the real estate industry in 1995. From 2000-2010 he was Rural Manager for Property Brokers Ltd, supervising up to 40 real estate salespersons across the lower North Island and was directly involved with many successful marketing campaigns.

Richard is a highly skilled and effective negotiator. When it comes to selling your farm or lifestyle property you will really want to have him on your team.

After Work: Richard is a jet boat enthusiast, and is on the national executive of Jet Boating NZ.

Robert Dabb

Robert has been a rural professional for his whole career since graduating in 1982 from Massey University. This includes experience as a Farm Consultant specialising in dairy. Robert was lower North Island Regional Manager (Shareholder Services) with Fonterra Co-operative Group  when it was formed 2000 until 2006 at which time he commenced in real estate. He has a Bachelor of Agricultural Science degree from Massey University. Robert has the skills and expertise to fully represent your rural or lifestyle property, with an excellent understanding of important matters such as resource consents,  soil tests, environmental issues and land use consents. In 2012 he formed Rural and Lifestyle Ltd with Richard Anderson - and our only regret is not having done it sooner!
