SOURCE: Statistics New Zealand November 2015

Taking 2015/16 projected milk price of $3.90/kgMS and average Farm Working expenses of $3.89 per kgMS, you don’t need to be a maths wizard to figure out this is an extremely stressful season for the majority of dairy farmers and their staff across the region.  Every extra 10 cents boost to payout over the next few months will be extremely welcome.
