           Testimonials:

“Gordy was exactly right for us – the selling of my late fathers house was stress free and quick – no hassles, we knew at all times where things were at, Gordy was right on track with his price expectations. I liked his professional and efficient way! Just awesome:)” Marie Palmer

“Gordon Brooker was wonderful. He has a very good reputation in the Rural area and he was a delight to deal with. Caring, understanding, and got my house sold very quickly.” Annette Cashleigh

“Gordy went above and beyond for us. He was intuitive, kind and respectful. His style put us at ease immediately and we felt we could trust him entirely. During the anxious moments he was always there for us and never once missed a phone call or email.” Chloe Ward-Smith

We would like to thank you and your firm, especially Gordy Brooker for the successful completion of Glenview subdivision. Gordy sold the original 15 lifestyle blocks in the subdivision and resold two, making 17 sales in total.

It was a successful project for us, especially given that the second half were sold during very difficult times. I attribute the success of this to the great work that Gordy did all the way through. His marketing and negotiating skills meant that we often received more for section sales than we thought we could achieve. Robert Vandenberg
